Synopsis:
Walking Wild : Alpine Lakes Wilderness (pacific crest trail) explores the Pacific Crest Trail as it winds its way through ever-changing wonders, that lie between Snoqualmie Pass and Stevens Pass along the crest of Washington?s Cascades. This journey of discovery through the Alpine Lakes Wilderness combines interviews with some of the walkers and riders who travel this trail with images of nature. Dragon flies dance on the breeze at an isolated lake. A canopy of towering firs shade fallen giants. Razor sharp ridges whose vistas encompass miles of forested mountains. This wonderful trail offers a multitude of joys to a diversity of people who speak from their hearts about their experiences in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness.
