When you have selected films and are ready to check out, click the 'proceed to checkout' button, and you will be asked for shipping preferences, then your credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard through our credit card processor.You can also pay by Paypal, without being a member. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted. You can change your billing or shipping address at this stage. Once you have reviewed your order, click 'confirm'. Your order is complete! Order by E-mail
You may e-mail your order to sales@greenplanetfilms.org. Please include the title of the DVD(s), your name, Company, address, telephone number and whether you wish to pay by check (educational institutions and organizations only) and we will invoice you, or credit card. Individuals can order DVDs by email if payment is by credit card. We will phone you for the credit card information. Applicable shipping charges and taxes (in California only) will be added to your statement.
Shipping
USA: Shipping is by first class mail in the USA unless another shipping option is selected online, OR expressed by phone or email BEFORE ordering. First Class shipping and handling for ONE DVD in the USA and international is $4.95.
International: Shipping for up to 4 DVDs internationally is $16.95 flat rate by Priority Mail (up to 4 single DVD cases fit in one envelop for the same flat rate price).
Return Policy
All purchases final, except in the case of damaged disks, which we will happily replace after the damaged disk is returned to us.
