Can I Be a Virtual Volunteer?	Yes you can! To be a virtual volunteer, we require the following: Easy access to the internet. Familiarity and ease with online activities (ie, film research, DVD promotion). Interest in supporting our mission. Some examples of virtual volunteer positions include the following: fundraising, publicity and promotions, film acquisitions, hosting community film nights in your local area. How much time do you require from volunteers?	The amount of time varies per project. Our projects range from one-time assignments to ongoing opportunities. If you let us know what type of time you have available, we will find a project that is suited to your schedule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
What kind of volunteer oportunities do you have?	General volunteer projects include: Event Planning (film festivals, screening outreach) Fundraising Publicity and Promotions Marketing DVD Authoring Multimedia (a/v, video-on-demand) Graphic Design (posters, DVD covers) Film Acquisition Efforts Many of these can be done from your home, simply with an internet connection and a phone! If you have some time to offer, please email info@greenplanetfilms.org or call 415 383 0484 Green Planet Films is a non-profit distributor of Nature and Environmental films. Our mission is to get these types of films easily and affordably into people\'s hands and on the shelves. Our daily operations are run by a team of dymanic volunteers who have a passion for these films and support environmental education. We are always looking for like-minded individuals to pitch in! If you have some time to roll up your sleeves, we always have some fun and interesting projects that need additional support.
